Little hotel close to a tube station. Nice staff, good service. Marvellous and unbeatable location for enjoying a stadium and pubs very close to the venue. Walking distance to an old market and a market across the street. Good restaurant and disco bar on-site.

Too small bathroom.

The room was spacious and affordable, with a nice view and included breakfast, and having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a great addition.

Hotel is in perfect location to enjoy Kiev City. Located in the Arena Center, within walking distance to anything you would like to see or do in the center of Kiev. Hotel staff extremely friendly and courteous. I will stay again there each time I visit Kiev!

Very good location

Very difficult to find. In renovation, Hotel name was still "Hotel Royal de Paris". Even taxidriver brought us to adress written on website but we searched for 1h before finding the hotel. Poor service. Air conditioning was not working, had to sleep with window open with location at a busy street. Internet was garanteed but not working, nobody offered help. I don't recommend this hotel to nobody, it looks luxurous but really really disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. Despite its central location, it offers affordable prices without compromising on quality. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Moreover, I appreciated the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided, such as the clean and comfortable rooms with windows overlooking the bustling entertainment area. The breakfast, which I had pre-ordered, was delicious and provided a great start to my day.

Absolutely nothing, I am an international business traveller and this hotel was the pits.

I was very dissapointed with this hotel, although I had a suite, it was small, the bathroom was so small there was nowhere to arrange personal items. the mini bar was stocked with 2 bottles of wine and 2 bottels of beer only, no glass or spoon in the room. this is a one time experience hotel only, never again.

The club (or bar) is upstairs so if you sleep like elephant and nothing can bother you or if you like parties it is your place.

This place is clean, reasonably spacious, with very friendly staff, and in a perfect location near a popular nightclub.

It is part of a nightclub complex with deafening music palying until 4 am. Neither television nor air conditioning was working in my room. Reception area under construction. Reception desk is the hotel bar.

In the middle of an arena that allows live music (over 200 db) that run until 06:00 am. No possibilities to sleep. Air conditonners were out order and request for repair were ignored. SAFEs were out of order and request for repairs ignored. Few light bulbs were burned out. Request for repplacement ignored. Awni

I did only sleep at the hotel. Kiev has so much to offer. No reason for staying at the hotel.
